What to Cook This Week

Week of May 8, 2022

Hello friends! With the warm weather, blooming peonies, and farmer's markets teeming with spring produce (strawberries! peas! fava beans!), I am in the mood to cook all of the spring things. These dishes aren't necessarily easy weeknight meals, but they are things I love to eat in the springtime, like seared halibut with pea and fava bean puree. Or spring pea ravioli with prosciutto and pea shoots. And for dessert, raspberry financiers with lemon curd. Now that I've planned the menu, I'm ready to host a dinner party! Who's coming?!
