DIRECTIONS

SHOW STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Use organic ingredients when possible, and make sure to rinse everything thoroughly.

Place the cucumber, celery, pear, apple, and lemon juice in a high-powered blender and pulse until combined. Add the greens and push down with a wooden stick. Pulse several times to combine. Add the water, stir, and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately. (Since I am usually just making drinks for 2, I save the rest in the refrigerator for an afternoon treat. I wouldn’t suggest saving it overnight.)

*Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
