What to Cook This Week

Week of September 3, 2023

Summer may be officially over, but the weather is still warm here, and the tomatoes are perfect, so I'm still making Heirloom Tomato Salad with Whipped Ricotta and Lemony Pesto Spaghetti. Parchment-Roasted Redfish with Summer Vegetables is so easy and healthy (feel free to substitute trout), and I'm also loving this Korean-Style Grilled Flank Steak with Sticky Rice and Spicy Cucumbers. Finally, for dessert, it doesn't get much better than Peach Blackberry Crumble...if the peaches are done in your area, swap out nectarines or apricots. Or just do mixed berries!
