Hi friends, it's officially fall! The leaves are turning, the weather is blissfully cool, the sun's shining, and I am in my happy place :) I'm pulling out my sweaters and making Roasted Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese (I literally had that for dinner last night) and my favorite Fall Kale & Delicata Squash Salad. Friday night is pizza night at our house, and I love making this Spelt Pizza with Ricotta & Hearty Greens for a healthier twist on pizza. Finally, Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are my kids' (and let's be honest, MY) favorite fall breakfast. Enjoy!
